- Toolkit purchases: If you purchase a digital product, payment processing is handled by our payment processor. We receive your name and email to deliver the product. We do not store payment card information.

Contact form inquiries and email records are retained for up to 3 years, consistent with California statute of limitations for breach of contract claims. Client engagement files are retained for the duration of any active service relationship plus 3 years. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing info@bizhr.org.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
